My best teacher
My best teacher's name is Helen. She taught me in Level 3 English in Tafe. She's married, has one son and one daughter. They are teachers and work in Korea.
I studied a full time class so I went to school three days a week. My class started at 9 o'clock but my teacher always went to class ten minutes before. She arranged the tables and wrote a list on the board that my class would learn for that day. During school hours,I had to work hard because she gave me some copy papers with a lot of different topics. We did reading, speaking and listening. I really liked when she taught me grammar because that helped me improve my writing. Especially, she taught me how to write a sentence? and how to choose and read a book? that was very useful. When I read a book, I could learn some new words, grammar, read faster in English, learn about the cutures of English speaker and I found good examples of English I could use when I wrote. I was very happy and interested. She always asked our class a question "Are you sure?" or "Do you understand?". If I didn't understand she was very patient explaning for me until I could understand. I had to give her my journal every Friday.I wrote about something bad or good in my life or my remembrance. In my lunch time, she stayed in the class and corrected my journal and had her lunch time at same time. After that I came back and she gave it back to me. When class time finished, she repeated again all of things that we learnt for that day and she gave me some homework.
That is something about my best teacher. I will remember her forever.
